t’s a family affair with events like the tractor pull, carnival, mud drags, kid’s one-mile fun run and so much more. Kicking off Thursday night will be armband night on the Midway by Thomas D. Thomas Shows. Also, starting at 7pm will be the Nebraska Bush Pullers Tractor Pull. This high action event is guaranteed to be a thrill for the family. There will be beverages and food available on the grounds.

Friday night at 7pm for the entertaining and comedic event, the Redneck Farm Olympics. Consists of Co-ed teams of 3 men and 3 women. Prizes include “Best Dressed Team”. Sign up by contacting Gayle at the Field of Diller, 402-793-8557. Enjoy Fireworks lightning up the sky on the north end of Diller. Saturday, the Pancake Man serving delicious pancakes from 8am to 10am at the Community Building. Also, the Kid’s One Mile Fun Run, starting at 9am. Later the Mid-State Mud-draggers and pasture golf will take place for the 24th year in a row. Chicken Barbecue at 7pm, at the Opera House. Visit the Our Savior Lutheran food stand at the Community Building beginning at 5pm. To register for this Big Lights, Little City themed event please contact Mildred Kotas at 402-793-5999 or download an entry form at www.dillerpicnic.com. Following the parade will be a FREE Entertainment in the Park that has yet to be determined.

Throughout the three days the carnival will be running, along with American Legion Bingo and St. Paul’s Lutheran Food Stand on the carnival grounds.
